EL SHIPAL es un horfanato pensado para ninos cuyos padres esten en prision, situado no muy lejos de la Clinica esta ubicado en un edificio perteneciente a la CHILD PROTECTION HOME , en el centro se realiza un seguimiento de la educacion y la salud de los ninos hasta que los padres cumplan condena. Actualmente tiene ocho trabajadores y tres alumnas de la Universidad de Educacion de Kathmandu en practica.
Director: LOKENDRA KUMAR OLI, Trabajadores: BINOD, DEV, BUDDHA, SHOVLNA, TEK, KAMALA Y NIRMALA.
Durante su estancia aqui los ninos duermen en habitaciones compartidas entre cuatro o cinco,
hacen joga, comen, van a la escuela, estudian y disfrutan…
